"The grounding I experienced doing the journey, was impressive. It was the best I've ever experienced. I've done meditations before, but this was something else. I can't find words about the peace I found. I was so calm, even in the darkness of the night."
Hi, I’m Sanne, a certified nature-based somatic coach, trained herbalist, and guide for those walking through thresholds: burnout, transition, rebirth.
My background weaves together psychology, somatic coaching and herbalism. I've been guiding people in nature for over a decade.
But more than any title or training, what matters most is this:
I meet you with presence.
I hold space with compassion.
And I trust that you already carry the wisdom you’re seeking, my role is simply to help you remember.
I believe that our reconnection with nature is essential. Not only for our personal well-being, but for the healing of our communities and the regeneration of Earth itself. When we remember the land, we also remember our bodies, our rhythms, and our place in the great web of life.
My approach bridges ancient earth wisdom with modern science. Integrating herbalism, somatics, instinct, and deep ecology. I help people feel grounded, nourished, and truly held. From this place, we build resilience. We reconnect and remember.
This work isn’t just about forest therapy or nervous system regulation, though those are beautiful tools.
It’s about belonging.
To your body.
To the land.
To something older and wiser than the world of constant doing.
In a disconnected world, this is how we come home - to nature, to community, and to ourselves.
This toolkit has been a long time in the making — woven slowly over seasons of listening, learning, and tending. I created it because I wanted something that felt truly accessible — something you could turn to at any moment, not just when you have time for a retreat or a perfect morning routine.
These practices have been tested, refined, and loved — by me, and by the many clients I've walked alongside through overwhelm, stress, transition, healing, and reconnection. They come from the spaces where the work actually happens: between meetings, after a hard conversation, on a walk, in the pause before sleep.
Each one has been chosen with care. They’re not just techniques — they’re invitations. To breathe. To belong. To be in rhythm with yourself and the Earth again.
I created this toolkit to be a kind of companion. Something soft, steady, and sacred that you can carry with you. I hope it meets you where you are — and gently brings you home to where you want to be.
"What a beautiful experience, it was truly a feeling of coming home for me."
