This 90-minute workshop is for changemakers, coaches, consultants, and leaders who want to work in a way that’s sustainable, creative, and deeply impactful — without burning out.

With over a decade of experience in the world of consultancy - and building up a thriving business in the last five years, I now support changemakers, coaches, and consultants in reconnecting to the intelligence of nature, the body, and the more-than-human world.
I’ve worked inside high-performance, purpose-driven environments (whether this is your own business or elsewhere) — I know what it’s like to carry a lot, to hold space for others, and to keep pushing through. And I also know the cost of disconnection — from the earth, from ourselves, and from what really sustains us.
My work weaves together nature connection, somatics, and herbalism, bridging ancient earth-based wisdom with modern systems thinking and nervous system science.
I believe our relationship with nature isn’t just a personal practice — it’s a foundation for how we lead, live, and do business differently. It’s a path back to resilience, to reciprocity, and to something much deeper than just “doing more.”
In a time when so much feels fractured, my mission is simple: To help people return home—to nature, to community, and to the wisdom within.
