Why this framework?
So many of us have been taught to override our instincts. To stay in our heads, ignore the signs of burnout, and disconnect from our own needs. This framework invites a different way, one rooted in slowness, our wild bodies, and nature's rhythm. It’s here to guide you into a life that feels more rooted, spacious, and alive.
The foundation of everything. Deep nature connection, nervous system regulation, belonging to the land, and rewilding.
Nourishment can come in many forms, through finally feeling supported, connection and herbs as allies. Honouring the wild being as a whole.
We are nature, nature connection, somatics and herbalism can help us to become the most resilient version of ourselves. Honing our instincts and intuition.
Learning to ride the waves, living in alignment with seasons, of nature and yourself. Honour the passing of time and change through ritual and ceremony, just like our ancestors did.
Embodying your wisdom and unique gifts and sharing it with others. Creating regenerative relationships, contributing to health ecosystems and stepping into the role of a leader and steward.
